Welcome to bbly. — a spatial document drafting tool that lets you build documents as modular bubbles arranged on a canvas. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our platform. By creating an account or using any feature of bbly., you agree to these terms.

Our platform is designed to enhance precision and structural clarity in professional document management. Each "bubble" represents a self-contained section of your document, giving you full spatial control over the final layout.

Users are expected to maintain the integrity of the workspace and to use bbly. only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal document storage, distribution, or reproduction of copyrighted material.
• Attempt to bypass platform security, tamper with document data, or interfere with other users' workspaces.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the bbly. application or its rendering engine.
• Use automated scripts to mass-generate, scrape, or export documents without explicit written permission.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without prior notice.

Your privacy is central to how we operate. Document data you create in bbly. is stored securely and is never shared with third parties without your explicit consent. Data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings.

All visual design elements of the bbly. platform — including the canvas interface, bubble rendering system, spatial layout engine, and the bbly. trademark — are the exclusive property of bbly. and its creators.

You retain full ownership of all content you create using bbly. By using the platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and render your documents solely for the purpose of providing the service. This licence terminates when you delete your content or account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to bbly. at any time for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or behaviour that may harm other users or the platform.

Upon termination, your right to access the canvas and your stored documents will cease immediately. We strongly recommend regularly exporting your work using the Export PDF function. bbly. is not liable for any loss of data following account termination.
